Peranakan Wedding Processions

We went to the Peranakan museum again today but this time with our new members. We have to look in depth about the peranakan wedding that were assigned to us.

So we have decided to work on wedding processions and how it goes about. We also found that in a peranakan wedding, they held their wedding ceremony for 12 days or in their terms, Duabelashari.

Other than looking at the processions itself, we also did a check out the other important traditions in peranakans which we could work on and expand the ideas for the processions so that we are able to play with more interactive ideas.

Other than that,
we did a short research about the peranakans itself to get all of us on the ball of gaining knowledge about their culture and also to learn more about them so that we could proceed brainstorming our ideas with the help from the history itself.
